An enterprising and resourceful operations strategist, I bring a breadth of experience encompassing non-profit management, finance, business development, and fundraising. I am no stranger to complex and sticky situations and love a challenge!
I have structured and overseen most aspects of operations for 501c3 organizations, inclusive of finance, human resources, legal, technology infrastructure, and public relations. I also have a strong understanding of nonprofit board best practices and the strategic planning process.
Business development is in my blood, having begun my career and “cut my teeth” in sales at Oracle Corporation. In my work as a non-profit leader, I have experience managing grants of over $1 million, securing six figure grants, and engaging in fee-for-service contracts. Additionally, I have served on a number of non-profit boards and have been active in numerous individual donor campaigns.
I am a former competitive athlete (see below) and a novice gardener. Adventure and learning about new social endeavors are what make me tick. I look forward to hearing from you!
